Our Service

You are able to set up a contact list of your family, friends and associates from within your online portfolio.

This should contain everyone you wish to send messages to. Entering people onto the list is really easy, just like adding a contact on your email system.

There are 3 simple steps.

1. Profile Portfolio

If you cannot remember where all the information you need to access is stored, then your Profile Portfolio is your gateway to accessing this vital information. It can contain everything you want to remember, or things you want to remember. For example:

Contact List
Telephone Numbers
Addresses
Birthdays
Anniversaries
Significant Dates
Insurance Policies
Bank Details
Credit Card cancellation (telephone numbers if lost or stolen)
Club Memberships
Magazine Subscriptions

		2. Trustees Trustees are people that you permit to access your profile. Entering their details is very similar to entering friends on your contact list. We confirm their validity with a password. Once we are sure we are dealing with a legitimate request, we will allow access your Profile Portfolio .

		3. Recording & Sending a Voice Message How does it work? Simply record a message, audio and/or video, using your windows or PC software. Then simply upload this file into your portfolio using the upload feature. There is a limit to the online space that your membership permits, however you can purchase more web space if necessary. The message will appear in your portfolio where you can select recipients and decide when you want the message to be sent i.e. on their birthday or whenever your child is born.

		The recipient doesn't have to be registered or subscribed to "Please tell my friends", they just have to confirm they want messages from you! When you send someone a message, they receive an email letting them know there is a message waiting from you. They then access the message on-line to listen or view it at their convenience.

		"Please tell my friends" is best operated using the following minimum spec PC Pentium III or above Sound card and speakers Windows 98/2000/XP Internet Explorer 6 (Java Script Enabled) Flash Player 7 Windows Media Player 9 or above.
